Speed Hélice is a training program that helps startups grow through mentoring and by preparing them for expansion and scaling. It focuses on how to identify new business opportunities and professionalize management. The track covers topics such as agile planning, team building, branding, governance and financial sustainability and comprises seventy hours of activities, including twelve hours of collective mentoring and twenty hours of individual consulting for each company. It concludes with a Demo Day, where startups pitch to the ecosystem.

“Speed Hélice was born out of the need to create greater interaction between startups in the region based on a structured acceleration process,” says Salissa Paes Festugato, executive director. “So we want to provide content but, above all, connection between startup entrepreneurs here in Rio Grande do Sul.”
